Still on diet!

Its been a while since I worked on my blog. This past few days I keep on thinking how to loose weight and get fit. I missed my body way back. I am not this fat so I want to have my old body. So far what I did is to lessen my food intake- calories intake to be exact. I started to go the gym too. I just hope that I can achieve my goal through this.
