I'm so shocked and depressed knowing that I am overweight for my height! Imagine my BMI is 30.5 and it falls on Obese category. I really need to do something about this.
About my plan, I am planning to try the Southbeach diet. I hope that i can pass the 1st phase wherein you dont have to eat rice for 2 weeks just lean meat! oh noh! i love rice very much! but no, i have my motivation and i really need to do this or else i will be obese! Of course, you should have or take some exercise as well. Guys, I will keep you posted what will happen in the next few weeks!
